About The Product
This is a special card design that could be used as a normal card as well as a candleholder! To convert the card into a candle holder all you need to do is follow the simple instructions at the back of the card. No glue, scissors or separate candle holder required. The candle is safely fixed in place inside the construction and hangs just above the surface supporting the card.
Safety Features
The card is completely SAFE it is made of fire-retardant paper Euro class B (Germany B1, France M1, UK 0/1).
Product Specifications
The design was printed using bio-ink, all parts recyclable. Comes with an envelope and is blank inside for customisation. Great for all kinds of occasions

    Delivery

    Standard Delivery

    We aim to deliver your order to you as swiftly as possible, in normal circumstances standard delivery is expected to be between 2-5 days working days, from when the order has been placed.

    Express Delivery

    Express delivery times are expected to be between 1-2 working days, this includes Royal mail 1st class and Parcelforce / UPS delivery options.

    International Delivery

    International delivery times are dependent on which part of the world you are ordering from. Please refer to the table on the right for an estimated delivery time for your country.

    Returns

    We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to you.

    If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however, you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24hr (Monday to Friday).

    Orders Taking Longer Than Expected?

    Sometimes, during peak times such as the Christmas period, bank holidays, and unprecedented times such as the COVID-19 pandemic or courier strikes, deliveries may cause longer than usual delays.
